    I was after a red top I checked all the shop floor I couldn’t find it when I went to the till I mentioned to Mahbooba at the check out and she said for me to look online and maybe be able to get what I wanted I said thanks and she asked me what it is that ur looking I had the picture in my phone I showed her the picture and then she said I am sure I saw a few of them in shop floor but couldn’t promised and asked the size needed. she left the counter and run to look for me and came back with what I wanted I couldn’t believe it she apologised for keeping me waiting. That’s good customer relations she is wonderful want to say again a big thank you Mahbooba you are very kind I had matalan card but I was never happy to use it any time when they was asking me I was saying I don’t have it and I don’t want to have one because I didn’t know the benefit of matalan card . But she explained all the benefit of matalan card to me now I am so exited to use my matalan card thanks MATALAN to keep like this staff for us
