  1. When you say brunch lasts until 2pm there really should be some breakfast items on the buffet. My family came in on Sunday Aug.13th about 11:30 am.There was an omelet station and that’s it,the rest of the buffet had lunch items! And we were charged the prem.dinner buffet price! Very dissatisfied with the maplwood location. We were so pumped about Golden Coral coming to Maplewood MN. The food as not been great and luck warm or cold. For the amount of money that is charged for the buffet it’s not worth it.

  2. GOLDENCORAL CELEBRATION FLORIDA , EXELENTE SU SERVICIO INGREIBLE LA MESERA OLGA G, SUPER EXPETACULAR SU MANIGER MUY AGRADABLE TRATARON A MI FAMILIA SUPER GRACIAS LOS RECOMIENDO COMIDA MUY BUENA CALIEN Y MUY LIMPIO EL RESTAURANTE .

  3. The dishes that are put out for customers to eat off of, are sometimes dirty with food still plastered on them. This is for the plates and bowls. It makes me wonder if they have been putting them back out there before they are even washed.

  4. Golden Corral in Manassas Virginia is horrible. The lady name Blanca and her two sisters making your experience horrible Blanca calling me names every single time I came to dining there
She hates me and I don’t know why????
The manager mustafa knows about this situation and he doesn’t do anything to fixing it
There are many others customers complaining about these ladies for quite awhile but mustafa doesn’t care about customers or the GCmanagement at all???????🤔🤔🤔

  5. the worst food I have ever eaten ,the golden corral in Lumberton NC is very good I have always been very satisfied when I go there ,,, BUT THE ONE IN LAURINBURG,NC #0663 IS AWFUL,I WENT THER FOR DINNER.I PAID $34.76 AND IT WAS SO BAD I JUST GOT UP AND LEFT AFTER FIXING 2 PLATES AND NOTHING I GOT WAS GOOD.CHICKEN WAS COLD,BEANS WERE RAW,THEY WOULDNT GIVE US BUT 3 NAPKINS FOR 2 PEOPLE… I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY ..SOMEBODY NEED TO HELP THEM AND GIVE ME MY $34.76 BACK?????????

  6. horrible service at GC in Warr Acres, OK
we had to eat with plastic silverware as we never got any real silverware and the hostess wouldn’t give us any.the hostess taking payment up front brought us drinks because we never received them, but she had a horrible cold sore on her lip, just gross. she should have had it covered or called in. it was pretty bad. we were never seen by a server, had to find a manger to get drink refills and nothing was labeled at the buffet! will never go back to that one ever again. only plus was the manager was very friendly. it was not worth the $74 I spent on my family. I also tip but not when there is no server. oh yes some lady started coming around asking why we didn’t ask for some. we did! Hostess said server would bring it. worst service ever!!

  7. Hello,

My husband and I are crazy about Golden Corral, have been for years.

But I am very concerned about one safety aspect of your new uniforms that you have recently introduced for your servers, in particular the length of the aprons.

Your servers walk more than any other servers in any restaurants to
which we go — further and faster — and they must be able to move quickly and efficiently to keep up with all their tasks. We know that Corral servers have always been great at doing that!

But the design of the new long aprons clearly hamper anyone’s ability to take long strides, and to turn quickly and smoothly around the corners of tables, to weave in and out around folks moving around the buffet, around people in wheel chairs, or to avoid children moving quickly and unpredictably among the legs of all the hurrying adults,

PLEASE — for the safety of both your servers and your customers, recall the
long aprons, and let everyone just wear the shorter ones. Overall, the uniforms are
attractive, but I myself don’t feel safe where servers have to balance
arm-loads of dirty dishes, two-fisted bouquets of ice-tea pitchers, etc..
all the while being hobbled by those long aprons.I can just see someone
being tripped up by a long apron, and going flying, with dishes, food
fragments, tea, coffee, etc. spraying across customers and the floor!!

And for sure “hobbled” is the word for the long aprons — just like the restraints they put on horses’ legs to keep them from moving!! — the long aprons interfere with
the action of the legs, much like tying their legs together to hamper their free
movement. (Has anyone in management put on one of those aprons,
wrapped snugly ar ound the body and legs, and then tried to maneuver rapidly in andaround tables, in and around all the moving people????

Please help us all, recall the long aprons, and allow everyone to wear the shorter, non-hobbling versions.

Thanks for your wonderful food — we eat at a Corral at least once a week!

  8. Attention needs to be paid to wiping down the tables. To begin with there is cross-contamination with the use of the same cleaning cloth used from table to table without the use of a disinfectant. We always wipe down our table with a Clorox wipe prior to getting our food and several small dried particles of food can always, without a doubt, be felt adhered to the table regardless of which GC we choose. The food is not bad most days at the two locations we frequent, it can be a hit and miss. At one of the locations many of the folk seem to “roll out of bed” so to speak and come as they are, of course that gives the atmosphere a dirty feel for sure. Hopefully the GC restaurants that have pecan pie on the buffet will start to warm them, something we thoroughly enjoy at the Asian restaurant we frequent. It would be a plus if some real training is given for the proper preparation of grits….the grits are always a fail and a sad side dish to the fried fish at the GC in Ocala Fl. The service, however, has always been good at both locations the majority of times.

  9. Far from a pleasant dining experience today. I literally had to put in earplugs as the radio music was so loud it competed for the annoyance factor with the delivery trucks backup beeping. There were unattended little ones with hands into everything and they even returned a plate to the clean stack – ugh.
The watermelon and strawberries were scarce and scarey looking. The crowning touch was actually a touch of something wet dropping on my head and it was a clear sunny day. It will be a while before we want to repeat today’s experience.

Proverbial “Goodness Gracious Great Balls of Fire” what a splendid thoroughly satisfying and satiating meal at a senior “Early Bird” price point! Why? When my striking spouse and I walked through the door we were immediately warmly welcomed and we were promptly seated at a booth where Adeba was our assigned very affable and proficient server. What a fortuitous event. Why? Adeba is originally from Afghanistan, and she spent a number of years as a language instructor at the Defense Language Institute in Monterrey, CA and she’s fluent naturally in teaching her native tongue, plus ta da also thoroughly fluent in English and German too! Just how many servers have you ever had with such sterling credentials? We commenced our meal with freshly made cheeseburgers with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced dill pickles and a bevy of scrumptious sautéed mushrooms. Yum! Next we had oodles of completely deveined Peel n’ Eat shrimp with cocktail sauce and lemon that were prepared to perfection. Next I prepared a custom Caesar salad for my wife with all the usual accoutrements plus thinly sliced pepperoni and crumbled bleu cheese too. My wife then had a couple of plates of various steamed vegetables such as cauliflower and Brussel Sprouts etc. and I opted for some delectable large fried shrimp, some whipped potatoes with chicken gravy and corn and some morsels of BBQ sirloin that just melted in my mouth. We also just couldn’t pass up also having a few tasty deviled eggs too for good measure! For dessert my wife had her usual sugar free blueberry pie, and a generous scoop of cookies n’ cream ice cream and I just couldn’t resist polishing off some watermelon slices and cookies n’ cream ice cream with a dash of hot fudge sauce sprinkled with peanuts! To top our meal off we each had a piping cup of coffee with creamer. Trust us it just doesn’t get much better than this anywhere, and we’ve had the privilege to dine around the globe in many, many different places. Accordingly, if you’re in the El Cajon or Oceanside, CA area we strongly urge you to visit one of these stupendous Golden Corral restaurants at your earliest convenience. We feel confident that you’ll be thoroughly satisfied and if for whatever reason you aren’t seemingly it’s your own damn fault because the food fare and the service simply put are just that terrific.

  12. Myself, wife, and grandson went to eat at store #0958 Franklin, Ohio. Stack of bowls near soup had chocolate sauce dried on bowls which was quite visible to all. Fruit cocktail had turned sour(bitter). Ham was very mushy. Will not go there again even though we are in area every 3 weeks.

  13. Just moved to New Jersey from Oklahoma. Went to Golden Corral in Freehold NJ and NEVER AGAIN will we take our family back. My husband found a long black hair in his food. The bathrooms was not cleaned the ladies room had poop on the floor. I asked to see the manager and got my money back. As I was leaving the waitress called me a bitch.
