As a customer of the public with my own profession the employees of your company should NEVER ROLKS THEIR EYES WHEN A CUSTOMER IS CONFUSED AS TO WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TAKING AN ORDER AND IF IT WAS SUBMITTED WHEN ORDERING A TO GO ORDER!! I CAME INTO YOUR FACILITY AND APPROACHED THE TO GO WINDOW AREA! TWO EMPLOYEES APPROACHED ME AT THE WINDOW – I GAVE MY ORDER BUT THEN SIT DIWN AT BOOTH IN BAR AREA!! DECIDED I WOULD HAVE DRINK WHILE WAITING- WENT UP TO BAR REQUESTED ORDER FOR DRINK AND PROCEEDED TO EXPLAIN I HAD ORDERED A TO GO ORDER AND WAS GIVING THIS ORDER AGAIN UNCERTAIN IF CONFIRMED TO ADD THE DRINK TO MY SAME PREVIOUS TO GO ORDER!! I ASSUME ONE OF THE PREVIOUS TO GO EMPLOYEES STANDING NEXT TO JILLIAN WAS ALSO DISCUSSING MY ORDER BECAUSE WHEN I SAID I HAD PLACED A TO GO ORDER AND WANTED TO CONFIRM IT — THAT SAME TO GO EMPLOYEE LOOKED AT ME AND ROLLED HER EYES WITH AN EXPRESSION OF DISGRUNTELMENT !!!!! SO NOT ACCEPTED—- THE APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR SHOULD HAVE BEEN YES MAME WE ENTERED YOUR ORDER ABD HAVE ALREADY BEGAN FILLING IT- MAYBE SAYING SORRY YOU MISUNDERSTOOD CONFIRMATION!!! BUT THE FACIAL EXPRESSION—- SO NOT ACCEPTED!!!! I TOO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC AND UNDERSTAND HOW RUDE SOME INDIVIDUALS CAN BE BUT SO UNPRODUCTIVE TO ENCOURAGE DISCONTENTMENT IN ANY BUSINESS AND THIS WAS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHAT NOT TO DO!!!!
