I have complimented the store of Boots Pharmacy which I use but never before has it taken so long to find the actual site. I do not like this at all I have a code number 1528 Mr.G at Marylebone High Street, London, W.1. who gives the finest service one could ever need. However I am appalled at the paraphernalia which has been added to this simple task. The staff, all the pharmacists and Mr.G. are all great. Mrs. Frani Pallas London
I do not like my small box of tablets being presented in a large plastic bag surely you could and should stop this unnecessary use of plastic.

I visited boots store in Washington and all the staff are just so lovely!the service I received was outstanding from a young lady called Rachel , she went over and beyond to help me ! Wat a 🌟 star and a credit to boots ! She gave an amazing service to me ! Also a lady called Judith is always so helpful ! They are all a credit to boots ! X
