I’ve been looking all over the internet for those $5 coupons which were survey competition coupons but not unique /one time use. Basically anyone who does it and gets the coupon, uploads it online and a million people can use it. Every coupon I’m able to find is friggin’ expired. Now they reduced the survey reward to $2 off? It’s one thing that a multi million dollar company are being so cheap, greedy, stingy and low, it’s a whole other thing when you mislead your customers who have spent their valuable, irreplaceable time on YOUR survey to help make YOUR company better, only to be told at the end that “you don’t qualify”. Why not screen for eligibility first? You won’t, because you want that input but don’t want to pay for it.
To heck with rexall and shoppers, both mark up their products anyways above usual retail, so in reality we are paying more to get something back. The only time I shop at either one of these is if I’m in a pinch, desperate and everywhere else is closed.
I have done the survey many times and I can’t find tbe $5 coupon. I am a regular Rexall customer but haven’t had much luck with any discounts

I agree that when I tried to fill out the survey I was booted out of the system. I have tried and tried again on every day since the survey was printed to me to no avail. I have experienced this situation in the past with this web site. I agree that this is faulty advertising and should/will be reported to BBB of Canada.

Terrible service on survey, could not complete even after trying for many days at different times.
BS on $5 coupon. This will be reported to BBB of Canada for false/faulty claims to consumers. As word spreads, just view the decline of sales.

at the very last minute while I am waiting for the coupon , my computer had a glitch stating Adobe is not working . I last connection.
at Rexall 200 Besserer st Ottawa there are 2 pharmacists Jordan and Dina who are efficient. I’m almost at the point of transferring my prescriptions to a Shoppers due to poor service by any other person in the pharmacy department other than Jordan or Dina as there is always a language program and poor service by anyone else.
In rexall shoppers world Brampton one of the workers there name Hannah she is very rude I’m asking rain check she give me attitude how can I shop if u guys have this kind of attitude NO MANNERS
