  1. I was almost through the survey when it froze on me, I was not allowed back in because of the one survey a week rule. We had a great on everything except for the first tiime our wings appeared to be undercook or something.

  2. Very poor quality wings/appetizer. Menu prices were outdated. Happy hour drinks/wine was easy overpriced. Manager failed to address the price overcharges.

  3. I’m a full time data entry keyer and I can’t get the 16-digit survey code to work in the online survey. (???) I’ve keyed with/without spaces and with/without out the first and last digits. Nothing’s working. Very frustrating. I fill out a lot surveys. Grrrr…

Very disappointed the wait staff was very pleasant and attentive, However, after I signed my check I gave her a $2.00 dollar tip on the company credit card, in addition to leaving her a $5.00 cash tip. When I view my statement she added an extra $1.00 to the tip. I don’t know if this was an error but they need to recheck the numbers when entering their tips. Bill was $14.61 plus a $2.00 should have been $16.61 not $17.61. A $7.00 tip should have been suffice.

  5. today I went to fuffalo wild wings was the bad experience I always go with my family to see the games of cowboys but alex the bartender is a person who does not know how to treat people I cut myself in the first drink arrived at 11:10 pm I was giving the last one if you do not like your work hello mngs as they have it there? I am a manger of a very well known restaurant but I would never recommend to my friends he served another person but to me I do not know which was his story collins store Arlington tx

  6. Tried to do the survey, it epic failed but.
    MATT at plymouth store was an amazing person, kept a warm smile, he just did amazing. Too hard to say anything else then…
    It was a glorious meal!

  7. Today, we went to this establishment, invited my parents to meet us there, after we had eaten to get the delicious Dessert Nachos. To our amazement, the dessert nachos was NOT what we remembered them to be! & the same for our meal selection of Ultiimate Nachos w/ chicken.

    Our meal, Ultimate Nachos had what looked like pesto on it, really NOT sure what it was. Nacho chips were VERY thin, chicken seemed to be pieces out of can.

    We used to LOVE the Dessert Nachos there, BUT they have changed the set up to a small cup w/ 4 nacho pieces around some ice cream w/ chocolate flavoring over the ice cream.

    VERY DISAPPOINTING meal & dessert. so much so, we will NEVER RETURN!

  8. VERY DISAPPOINTED w/ my ENTIRE meal & dessert!!

    We find BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS to be a TREAT for lunch & dessert. So, I invited my parents to join us there for Dessert Nachos! Our lunch was poorly made, Ultimate Nachos w/ what looked like pesto on it & VERY thin nacho chips w/ very little cheese!

    We will take this restaurant of our visits. & that MUST be why the establishment was so empty at lunch time!
