HOW TO ENTER INTO CHILI’S MEE SURVEY
Online: you can enter into Chili’s MEE Customer Satisfaction Survey online by visiting the survey site – www.chilis-mee.com.
Mail-In: For mail-in entry, you need to send your full name, phone number, address, email address, birth date and the restaurant name where you dined on a 3”X5” piece of paper and in a hand addressed envelope to Survey Contest, c/o InMoment, 511 Avenue of the America’s, #40, New York, NY 10011.

- You should have an electronic device like Laptop, Mobile, Tablet or PC.
- You should have good internet connectivity.
- You should have MEE store receipt.
- You should be of age to take the survey.
- You should be a legal resident of the United States, the District of Columbia, the United Kingdom, Canada or the Republic of Ireland.

- To complete the Chili’s MEE Survey, you need to visit the survey site – www.chilis-mee.com.
- Select the language of your choice. You can take the survey in either English or Spanish, depending upon the language of your region.
- Enter the 4-digit restaurant number.
- Click on Next.
- Enter your name.
- Enter your Employee number.
- Answer number of questions about your experience at the store.
- Rate some situations according to your like and dislike.
- In the end, submit the survey.
